This is a psycho-educational group will that will focus on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology-Based principles. Strong emphasis on self care, understanding the nature of anxiety and strong emotions and incorporating Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other principles to increase distress tolerance, improve emotion regulation and develop more positive relationships. An effective strategy to desired outcomes approach is used.
The group will be conducted in four week segments and facilitated by Glenda and Autumn at our second location: 901 Route 168, Suite 108, Blackwood, NJ 08012
Groups will meet:
Monday evenings 6:30-7:30 PM
