Mindfulness & DBT Skills Groups

Both groups will be conducted by Glenda at our second location!

The Mindful Monday Group will incorporate mindfulness-based stress reduction with benefits such as stress reduction, relaxation, and improvements to quality life. Start date to be determined based on interest. Given enough members, they will take place as mentioned below.
Mondays, 10:00- 11:00 AM
The DBT Skills Groups will run for 12 weeks and focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation skills.
Wednesday Nights, 6:30-7:30 PM
Thursday Mornings, 10:00-11:00 AM
