As a counselor, Autumn offers a warm and empathic presence that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. This provides a safe and supportive atmosphere to gain a greater understanding of the self, and aid in the process of growth and healing. Through a personalized approach, she collaboratively works with clients to identify their therapeutic goals, while also being receptive to their needs and preferences for treatment. Autumn’s approach to treatment is person-centered and eclectic in nature, often pulling from a blend of evidence-based treatment strategies that are tailored to each individual. These include therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as mindfulness and positive psychology approaches. Her experience consists of working with adult clients to address concerns related to stress management, work-life balance, and life transitions, as well as anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues and family conflict, among others. Autumn believes it is an honor and a privilege to hear her clients' stories and be a part of their journey towards wellness.
